At Dreamers Bed Centre our aim is to provide a professional, high standard, hassle free service. We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with our service, and your product purchase which is why, in the unlikely event that you have a problem, please notify us immediately. Once you have received the delivery, you have 14 calendar days to contact us on – email@example.com if you wish to return some or all of the product and we shall do our best to rectify it.
Please note: When a product is returned it must be in brand new condition, packed in its original packaging for transport, not used, worn or slept on. You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted/cancelled items to us and for the value of the goods if they are diminished as a result of your handling whilst in the return transit to us. Please take full care of the product and use thorough packaging.
Dreamers Bed Centre advises that all products should be returned in their original packaging as this will allow the goods to be transported back to us in an excellent condition, as inadequately packed products may be damaged during transit and you will be liable for the cost. We also strongly recommend that your items are insured, so that you are covered against damage if the worst case scenario occurs.
If you do return a product, a refund will be issued within 30 days of receiving the goods back from transit, once they are inspected for any damage and verified that they are a manufacturing fault. Dreamers Bed Centre reserves the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned misused.
Mattresses, mattress toppers and pillows should not be opened until you are completely certain that you want to keep the product. If you wish to test a mattress, mattress topper or pillow, please keep the product wrapped until you are completely satisfied with the feel of the product. Once you have opened the products they are exempt to any return as they are sealed for hygienic reasons.
